Our turnaround for servicing of office coffee machines is 24 hours for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. If you are outside of our service area, we will courier you a replacement machine overnight with a return courier ticket to get your old machine back. The servicing of your coffee machine is included in the rental (i.e. there is no additional charge for servicing).
In-house servicing.
To ensure consistency in the quality of each cup you serve, we take care of the general and preventative maintenance of your coffee machine. In Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, we regularly visit our rental customers to carry out basic servicing of their coffee machines. This regular service helps your machine perform to the best of its abilities, ensuring great tasting drinks all year round.
