Our Story
Segafredo Zanetti was created by Massimo Zanetti, an Italian man known as The King of Coffee. Zanetti’s family history is intertwined with a passion for coffee that extends back to his grandfather. In the 1970s, Zanetti purchased Bologna’s established coffee company Segafredo, adding his own brand – Segafredo Zanetti – and quickly expanding to international markets. Now one of the most popular coffee brands on the planet, we continue to expand our knowledge and research new techniques as part of our mission to be the world’s leading coffee supplier.
