Segafredo Zanetti New Zealand are specialists in coffee machine servicing and preventative maintenance. To keep your machine performing at its best, we recommend a full service every 12 months or after approximately 8kg of coffee—whichever comes first.
You can book your machine into our Auckland Service Centre from $165 incl. GST (excluding parts).
Better still, purchase 8kg of coffee and we’ll waive the $165 service fee—simple, transparent value.
What’s included in a standard service:
- Full clean of grinder and brewing unit
- Comprehensive internal inspection
- Coffee calibration and pour setup
- Replacement of worn O-rings and gaskets
- Electrical Test & Tag
If your machine requires parts replacement, we carry a broad range of genuine components to minimise downtime and keep your operation running smoothly.
You’re welcome to drop your machine into our Auckland Service Centre (see below for directions) and we’ll book it in with the next available technician.

We recommend servicing your coffee machine once a year, or after every 8 kilograms of coffee used.
We include the following services:

- Full internal inspection
