Plant-To-Cup
We believe the only way to consistently ensure exceptional results is to control the entire production process from plant to cup. We grow coffee beans on our own plantations, where it is harvested and roasted at our modern roasting facilities using state-of-the-art technology. Our coffee is then blended, packaged, and shipped to your door.
Our Roasting Techniques
Roasting beans requires skill and finesse. During this process, raw coffee beans are placed inside a roasting machine and heated to between 200 and 230°C. As they are roasted, the beans develop an aromatic profile, losing acidity and growing bitter. The longer they are roasted, the more bitter they will become.
